I can’t log in
- Check your username and password, and that Caps Lock is off.
- Use Lost your password? on the login page to reset it.
- After several failed attempts, security protection may block you for a short time. Wait, then try again.
- Still stuck? Open a ticket. Don’t share your password in the ticket.
I saved a change but can’t see it on the website
- Refresh the page, or open it in a private browser window. Your browser may be showing an older copy.
- Check you clicked Save.
- Wait a minute and try again; some pages update after a short delay.
The section I need isn’t there
Control shows the information agreed for your website. If you need to edit something new, open a ticket and we’ll advise.
Something looks wrong on the website
Take a screenshot, note the page address and what you changed, and open a ticket. Faults in our work are corrected free of charge.
A team member has left
Open a ticket so we can remove their access straight away.
